Lil’ updates
Vern’s new beet salad has been going viral on my algorithm. I love that they source from local producers like Ambrose Family Farms, Brandon’s Bread, and Anson Mills for this gorgeously golden dish.
Vintage Coffee Cafe has a new menu, and their whipped feta toast has me drooling. It’s topped with everything bagel chili crisp, pickled shallots, herbs and honey.
New openings
Epic news from the Chubby Fish team, as they’re about to open their new cocktail bar next door. The Seahorse opens tomorrow! I’ve been anxiously awaiting this, and can’t wait to check out the space and their drinks. They’ll be open Mondays through Saturdays starting at 4pm. Check out more below and follow them on Instagram for more updates as they officially open.
The Heyday, a new cafe and bar by the team behind Island Provisions, will be opening up in Hayes Park on Johns Island on January 1st! Follow them on Instagram for more updates as they prepare for opening day.
Daniela’s Downtown just had a soft opening. This new market and deli on Spring Street is led by Chef Natasha Cline of Uncork, and has coffee, prepared foods, and to-go charcuterie boards, too.
That’s a wrap!
