No matter how you celebrate, whether it’s with a swanky prix fixe dinner, a quiet night in with pizza and candy, or mahjong with your Galentines, there’s no shortage of ways to support our local spots.
Below, I’ve compiled some picks for Valentine’s dinners, oyster roasts, wine tastings, and more, plus pre-orders for everything your heart could desire, including heart-shaped cookie cakes, pizza kits, and the cutest conversation heart cookies.

Bar167 is doing a special three-course dinner for the romantic occasion! Book on Resy.
Costa
Costa has a four-course Valentine’s menu featuring dishes like tuna crudo, Hokkaido scallops, and hand cut tagliatelle with burrata. Edmund’s Oast Restaurant
In addition to Valentine’s Day, EO is also celebrating their 11th birthday! They’ve got a set menu for two available at the restaurant or as a to-go order. To dine in, just make a reservation as usual. For to-go pre-orders, call the restaurant at 843-727-1145 before the 12th, for pick up on the 14th from 5pm – 8pm.
Graft x babas
Two of my faves are coming together for the love of pasta: Graft and babas are throwing Lover Bois Pasta Night Volume 3 on February 10th from 5-8pm at Graft. There will be pasta by babas, wine (of course) and flower bundles by Swell Botanics. Find more info here!
La Cave
Book at La Cave on the 11th for a five-course Valetine’s dinner complete with pairings of exclusively organic French wines. The menu will include dishes like a strawberry French feta salade vert and lobster tail. Book on Resy.
Rancho Lewis
Rancho Lewis is bringing back their special Valentine’s Day menu, inspired by West Texas. Their Valentine’s menu features options like lobster taquito dorado...yum! Book on Resy.
The Restaurant at Zero George
On both Friday and Saturday, the Restaurant at Zero George will have a multi-course menu featuring dishes like black truffle tortellini, lobster, and a tres leches cake for dessert. Book on Resy for Friday or Saturday nights.
Sorelle
I’m obsessed with Sorelle’s heart-shaped ravioli, which they’re calling “pillows of love”! They’re included in Chef Nick Dugan’s five-course prix fixe Valentine’s menu, which you can book on their website here.
If you’d rather stay home but not miss out on the romantic pasta opportunity, Sorelle is also doing an at-home dinner which you can pick up from the Mercato. The at-home menu features not only the “pillows of love”, but also heirloom beets with pesto Genovese, and a citrus-poached shrimp cocktail with garlic aioli. Order that menu for pick up here!
Wild Common
Celebrate Valentine’s at Wild Common with their multi-course dinner featuring dishes like beet tartare, pasta alla carbonara with Storey Farms egg, and a Maine lobster “pot pie”. Book on the 14th or 15th on Resy here.

Annie O’Love’s Cafe
They’ve got some of my favorite cookies in town (all vegan and gf, too!) and have tons of Valentine’s-themed specials available for pickup. Annie O’Love’s Valentine’s heart-shaped cookie and truffle include a dozen cookies and three hand-rolled chocolate dipped cookie dough truffles, too. Babas on Meeting
Join Welton’s Tiny Bakeshop, Baguette Magic, Girl Nextdough, chef Evan Gaudreau, and chef Camille Cogswell of Walnut Family Bakery for a bake sale fundraiser for Marshall High Studios in Marshall, NC. Marshall High Studios is an artist community on the French Broad River that was flooded nine feet during Hurricane Helene. You can donate to the GoFundMe here, or buy some sweet treats at the bake sale from noon to 3pm on Valentine’s Day!
Baguette Magic
Baguette Magic’s pre-orders are open for their Valentine’s treats, including conversation heart cookies (SO CUTE) and chocolate-covered strawberries! Order by February 11th and pick up on the 14th and 15th. Place your orders on their site here.
Bright Light Bakery
Valentine’s Day calls for pink sourdough! Bright Light Bakery has a chocolate-covered strawberry inspired sourdough loaf made with semi-sweet chocolate and freeze dried strawberries. Pre-order on her storefront for porch pick up here.
The Dime
On Wednesday, February 12th at 5pm, the Dime on Daniel Island is organizing a cookie decorating class complete with seasonal cocktails, including spiced chai rum lattes and espresso martinis. Get tickets on Eventbrite.
Little Peanut Bake Shop
Little Peanut Bake Shop in West Ashley has gorgeous heart-shaped cakes available for pre-order, as well as personalized sugar cookies. See the full menu below and order for 2/13 pickup on their site here.
Petit Merci
My favorite new neighborhood shop Petit Merci has everything you need for V-Day prep from February 12th through the day of! They’ll have special Petit Pizza my Heart pizza kits plus cookies, chocolates and more.
Peninsula Grill
Ultimate Coconut Cake, but make it Valentine’s! They’ve taken their iconic coconut cake but made it heart-shaped and added raspberry jam and hints of Chambord to the filling. YUM!

Blūm is hosting a Galentine’s night market on February 8th from 5-8pm, with women-owned vendors and food by Trap Houze Tacos.
Edmund’s Oast Brewing Co.
On February 21st, Celebrate Galentine’s Day at Edmund’s Oast Brewing Co. with Charleston Pride, a local non-profit that serves, empowers, and promotes the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies! ***UPDATE: CANCELLED*** Celebrate Galentine’s with some mahjong! Kristin Gee of Mahjongee is hosting a Galen-TILES (hehe) mahjong event from 10am-12:30pm on Tuesday, February 11th. Bay Street Biergarten
Bay Street Biergarten is throwing a new kind of Valentine’s Day party, called Cupid’s Cancelled. Bring a picture of your ex, shred it at the bar, and you’ll get a free shot! Plus, there will be tarot card readings, drink specials, and a romance novel pop-up by Bound to Bindings. Head there from 6:30pm onwards for the “anti-love bash”!
Commonhouse Aleworks
Lowcountry Local First, an awesome non-profit working to build sustainable and equitable local economies, is throwing a Local Social at Commonhouse Aleworks on February 13th from 5:30—7pm. Attendees can make Valentine cards for local businesses with the help of co-host the Paper Canopy! Drinks and light bites will be provided, and you can reserve a spot here.
Holy City Brewing
Holy City Brewing is hosting a Valentine’s Day oyster roast from 11am-4pm on February 8th, plus there will be a market with local vendors and live music from noon-3pm. Buy tickets here.
Snafu Brewing
Snafu is hosting a pre-Valentine’s celebration with Tha CommUNITY and Daddy’s Girl Bakery, featuring a flight of four collaboration brews paired with desserts from Daddy’s Girl Bakery. Head over to Snafu on February 8th from 1-5pm to try these special brews and baked goods!
